I have a borrower in Oklahoma who has 2 houses on 40 acres that her son lives in. The payments got to far behind for her to catch up, so it ended up in foreclosure. She has a 578 Middle score and needs a 75% LTV. Can anybody offer any suggestions for a lender on this deal?
